Well, after 8 years of homeschooling we've finally chosen a name for our home school. After visiting the Toyota Plant in Princeton , Indiana twice and hearing my sister in Arizona talk about her sons' martial arts academy, we really grew fond of the word, "kaizen" which means, "continuous improvement" or "change for the better." We are not a perfect home school nor are we "outstanding" or "exemplary" in any area but we do strive to "continuously improve" and make "changes for the better". So....a perfect fit this name is for the Pitcher family and our school. I hope to post pictures of our FIRST full Day of School next week when we take them. :)
